Lake Arrowhead has a few known locations of Myriophyllum verticillatum, whorled water milfoil, a native leafy milfoil.

We have confirmed these sightings by visiting the locations in the fall when its distinctive club-shaped winter buds (turions) at leaf nodes are visible.
